The following terms and conditions govern the sale of computer systems and/or related products and services by Raindog Enterprises (Raindog Solutions Computer Consulting).  By submitting your order to us, the customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions of sale.

All prices stated on this website are in Canadian funds.

Our web store accepts payment via major credit cards or Paypal.  Our Paypal payment email address is sales@raindogsolutions.ca.  All other payments must be made payable to Raindog Enterprises. Never send cash by mail.

All new products are covered by manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated.

All used products are tested by us as operational, but are sold as is unless otherwise stated.

Items may not always be exactly as shown - design and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Dishonoured cheques are subject to a $40 handling charge.

All orders within British Columbia are subject to 5% GST and 7% PST.  All other Canadian orders are subject to 5% GST.  At this time, we do not sell or ship outside of Canada.

Effective August 2007, new computers and many related items such as monitors and printers are subject to an Environmental Handling Fee (EHF). Learn more about the BC EHF Program

We do not ship until payment is received and cleared.

Shipment/delivery of in-stock goods is generally within 24 hours of payment being received and/or cleared.  Shipment/delivery of custom orders and complete packages can be 2-10 business days, depending on configuration & current stock.  If in doubt, please contact us first to confirm stock is on hand.

Opening and/or modification of products almost always voids warranties.

All sales are final.
